- Why is it so affordable?
- Because there’s no human team behind each account. Nexora is software that runs on its own: the same engine that creates content for one brand does it for hundreds more, at the same infrastructure cost. No freelancers, no billable hours. We pass those savings on to you.
- Where do the images in my posts come from?
- From your own Google Drive. Connect it once and Nexora uses your real photos and videos in every post — no generic stock. From the Growth plan up, if you turn on agent-made images and there isn’t a good photo, your agents create one that fits your brand.
- Which social networks do you support?
- Instagram and Facebook — just those two, and we do them well. We don’t post to TikTok, LinkedIn, X or YouTube today.
- Do I need to know design or marketing?
- No. Connect your Drive, tell us about your brand and pick a tone. Nexora does the rest. No Canva, no content spreadsheets. If you want to tweak something, you do it before approving each post — but you don’t have to.
- Do the agents post on their own, or do I approve each post?
- You always approve before anything goes out. Nexora creates the posts, reviews its own work and presents them to you. Approve, edit or reject each one — or approve the whole week at once, in under 5 minutes.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the link is in your purchase email) or by writing to us. No commitment, no notice period: you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. And if Nexora isn’t for you within the first 14 days, we’ll refund your first payment.
- What if I don’t like a post?
- Reject it and ask for a redo on the spot. You can add a note ("more casual", "focus on price", "change the image") or just reject it. Depending on your plan, you get 1 to 3 redos per week.
- Does Nexora write in English?
- We’re rolling out English content now. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll set you up with early access.
