Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Nexora is software (SaaS) that plans, creates and publishes social media content for businesses. It is operated by Nexora from Costa Rica. Contact: soporte@nexoragents.com.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• If you use Nexora on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.
• You must own or have rights to the brands, content and accounts you connect.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Don’t share your account; use team invitations to add people.
• Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized access.

4. The service

Every week, Nexora prepares your business’s Instagram and Facebook posts from your photos, your brand voice and your goals, and publishes them after you approve them.

Plan limits (posts, formats, redos, Studio tokens and brands) are described at /en/pricing. The product currently works in Spanish; English content is being rolled out.

5. Content created by agents

• Captions and, if you turn them on, images are generated with artificial intelligence models. Agent-made images are optional and off by default; you can turn them on under Configuración → Plan (Settings → Plan), “Imágenes por agentes”.
• Nothing is published without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and making sure it complies with the law and each platform’s rules.
• Generated content may contain mistakes. We don’t guarantee specific business results (sales, followers or reach).

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Nexora to:

• Publish illegal, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Send spam, run phishing or impersonate another person or brand.
• Promote products or services prohibited by Meta or by Lemon Squeezy.
• Circumvent technical limits of the platform or of Meta’s and Google’s APIs.
• Reverse engineer, scrape without permission or attack the service.
• Post to accounts you don’t own or aren’t authorized to manage.

7. Connecting Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, you also accept Meta’s Terms and its Platform Policies. Nexora only accesses what you authorize during the connection.

8. Plans and payments

• Current plans and prices are listed at /en/pricing. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record: the charge appears under their name, they calculate and collect any applicable taxes for your country, and they issue your receipt. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms also apply.
• In Costa Rica you can also pay by SINPE Móvil; that payment is received, and refunded if applicable, by Nexora directly, not through Lemon Squeezy.
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice; the change applies from your next renewal.
• Studio token top-ups are one-time purchases, are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase.

9. 14-day guarantee

If Nexora isn’t for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that payment in full. Renewals and Studio token top-ups are non-refundable. Full details in our refund policy.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the link is in your purchase email) or by writing to us. If you pay by SINPE Móvil, you cancel by writing to us. There is no minimum term. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

11. Intellectual property

• Your content: you keep all rights to your photos, brands and text. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and publish them on your behalf while you use the service.
• Generated content: what Nexora generates for you is yours, subject to applicable legal limits (some laws don’t recognize copyright in works generated entirely by AI).
• The platform: Nexora’s software, design and brand belong to Nexora.

12. Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We announce planned downtime in advance when possible.

13. Limitation of liability

Nexora is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Nexora in the previous 12 months.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, stays inactive for more than 12 months, or when required by law. You can close your account anytime by writing to us.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

16. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance by email or in the platform.
